Liability:In consideration to the right of participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge, The Thunder Road Café, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with the management or Presentation of the Thunder Road Cafe Annual Car Show of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direction and control of entrant. ALL DECISIONS OF THE SHOW COMMITTEE ARE FINAL. Other classifications may be added as deemed necessary.
